We were able to kick off September and Childhood Cancer Awareness Month today by celebrating two of our very own students in the Primary School! These two students are amazing, and they inspire us every day with their strength and courage! #gogold








September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. In recognition of this, we honored students who have or are currently battling cancer. They walked the halls lined with our students and cancer awareness ribbons.

A group of 8th grade students learned about how language has evolved over time and explored 90s lingo by writing their own 90s-style note and how to fold them.

8th grade math students working in hands on equations.


5th graders in Nutter's class were using teamwork and problem solving skills as they built the tallest structure possible with the given items. There were some great converstaions being had in their groups as well as some risk taking before making their structure.
Students in Mrs. Stein's First Grade class are jumping in with science! Last week, they learned about “What is science?” and did an experiment about how, when things mix, they can change. This week, they are learning all about the five senses, and they used all of their senses for popcorn!
