Our Primary School students loved going to the Kids Extravaganza at the County Fair yesterday! They had so much fun learning new and interesting things with lots of hands-on activities!

Hope to see you all in Madill tonight. Go Indians!!
National Read an Ag Book Day! Our Primary students really enjoyed hearing stories read by the older students!

On Wednesday, September 3rd, Marietta FFA traveled over to the primary for National Read an Accurate Ag Book week. Prepared with agricultural books, the FFA officers and other members read to Pre-k through Second grade. Our members were able to visit over 10 classrooms during their reading time over the span of three hours, I would call that a successful day!

Our 6 FFA Chapter Officers attended Chapter Officer Leadership Training (COLT) Conference in Norman on Tuesday, September 2nd. The training focused on anticipatory leadership, encouraging officers to prepare, plan ahead, and act with intention in their leadership roles. Elected officers from each of the 68 high school FFA chapters in the Central area attended the conference.

A big thank you to our cheerleaders for spreading school spirit throughout our community! Your encouraging words downtown not only show your school pride but uplift everyone who sees them. We appreciate you taking the time to share the positivity with us all!

Next week is Homecoming!! Let's show our Indian Pride!!

Our Primary School GEM for August is Mrs. Dorothy Berry. Mrs. Berry is not new to Marietta, but this is her first year in the Primary School. She is our Special Education Teacher Assistant and is doing an amazing job. She cares for all of her students and works very hard to help them succeed! Congratulations!
