Congratulations to the November Middle School students of the month. 8th grade Hunter Featherson and Bella Whitfield; 7th grader Carter Gillham and Jaxee and 6th grade John Brintle and Mia Rodriquez.
8th grade students went to Southern Tech and explored different programs they offer. It was a great experience!!

Thanksgiving Break!!
Mrs. Presley's First Grade Class played "Trashketball" for Math. The students had to solve a problem to earn a shot. They got to choose which basket to shoot at and they tallied up points as they solved problems. What a fun, interactive way to learn!

November is Kindness Month at Marietta Elementary!
Congratulations to our winners of the elementary Kindness Coloring Contest: Skylynn Gordon, Esme Nguyen, and Adley Webb.
Marietta FCCLA members competed at the District FCCLA STAR Events in Sulphur on November 13th. 7 of the 10 competitors will be advancing to regional competition.

Veteran's Day program at the elementary/primary was fantastic! Our students learned about the 13 folds of the American flag, sang songs to the veterans, and wrote "Thank Yous" to the veterans as well.

Our first primary/elementary pep rally! The cheers were loud and proud as we encourage our football boys, cheerleaders, and band! Our students loved it! Indian Pride!
Students exercised their voting privileges Tuesday at the elementary. Each student brought their voter ID card to the polls, cast their ballot, and grabbed their "I Voted" sticker. They voted for the best painted pumpkin. It was a valuable teaching lesson on their civic responsibility to vote!
